How long is the practice?

Anywhere from 35 to 45 minutes! Depends how long you want to dance and move your body.

 

Do You need to know a lot of yoga?

Nope, both the yoga flows we do are perfect for anyone with minimal fitness or yoga experience

What if I can’t fit it in my morning?

It makes an excellent evening practice to unwind from your work day.

 

There is a chest massage?

Yes! And it’s soooo opening. Touching your breasts is so healing and this short massage moves out stagnant energy and helps you release heaviness you’ve been holding

Is it super sexual?

Nope, but it is designed to open you up to be more sensual, comfortable and confident in your body

 

Is it on my own time?

Yes! You can sync this to your schedule in whichever way fits your morning best.
